Clyde is the managing shareholder and serves as the chief professional services officer. He founded the firm in 1993 in Plant City, Florida.
Clyde earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of South Florida in 1985. While attending the University of South Florida, he received a scholarship from the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and from Ernst & Whinney, now Ernst & Young.

While serving as managing shareholder, Clyde earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Miami in 2005, with an Award of Academic Merit for academic excellence in graduate studies for the MBA. In addition, he successfully completed the Specialization in Management as part of the MBA degree.
He is a member of the American and Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida.
He began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen & Co. in Tampa, Florida, and later received his initial tax training with Price Waterhouse, now Price WaterhouseCoopers, in Tampa, Florida. Immediately prior to founding the firm, he was with Carter, Belcourt & Atkinson, P.A., now Crowe Chizek, in their Lakeland, Florida office.
Clyde has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce (1993-1996). He is also a former Chairperson of the Small Business Council and Leadership VIII programs of the Greater Plant City Chamber of Commerce.
Clyde has been in public accounting for more than 24 years and devotes a substantial portion of his time to accounting, taxation and business consulting for closely held businesses. His industry experience includes:

In addition, he has been retained as a consultant and expert in tax and accounting matters incident to divorce. Clyde has rendered testimony in the Circuit Court of The Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida.
